I specialise in installing water wise, resilient gardens that are best suited to the Western Cape, dry summer climate. Shade gardens are of particular interest as I have come to know plants that can manage the challenging dry shade situation but still create that sort after lush look

I work predominantly with indigenous plants but also with non-invasive exotics suited to our conditions. Emphasis is on foliage colour, texture and form.

My landscape style is natural and mostly informal with an emphasis on charm and personality. I have a qualification in permaculture and prefer an ecological approach to gardening which is crucial to building long term resilience.

Owner-managed and run, I am very hands-on, often doing a lot of the work myself to ensure consistency and quality

I truly believe that our well-being is intrinsically linked to our connection with the natural world. In our modern and often very built up environments we can get disconnected from the beauty and wonder of living things and the calmness and serenity that they bring to a space

And so it has been my goal to bring this connection back to others. I am still amazed at how plants can transform not only a physical space but a head space too!
